Here is the policy for refund and cancellation of the online appointment by a patient.
Cancellation of Appointment
Due to limited available slots with our doctors, we request that you cancel at least 24 hours before a scheduled Appointment. This gives us the opportunity to attend another patient. You may cancel by phone or email.

In case you are not able to connect with us for consultation on selected time, no “refund” will be offered in this condition and Sukhayu Ayurved will not be liable for any such activity.
Rescheduling the Appointment
If you have some immediate work, you can reschedule the appointment 24 hours before your appointment time and it is not chargeable at all.
You just call/whatsapp us on +91-9050802060 or you can email us regarding rescheduling of the appointment.
Refund of the Consultation Charges
After cancellation of the appointment, we will refund your consultation fee with in 7 days.
You will receive a complete REFUND for the same.
The refund will be made in your Bank Account only.
At the time of cancellation, we will ask for the details of your bank account and the amount will be refunded in the same.
