Cervical Myelopathy - Ayurvedic Treatment

What is Cervical Myelopathy?

When compression on the nerves in cervical spine (neck) is "overlooked" and pain management continues, with time-chronicity- the Myelin sheath (the protective layer on the spinal cord) starts swelling (inflamed). This condition is- Cervical myelopathy. Cervical myelopathy leads to weakness, numbness and complex conditions like- loss of control on urine and stool. When myelopathy appears- spinal surgeries are never able to remove the inflammation thus leaving patients with irreversible changes. At Sukhayu Ayurved we provide Ayurveda treatment with great success.

Yes. All therapies are gentle, tailored to individual tolerance, and medically supervised.

Do I need to be admitted for treatment?

Yes in advanced compression or neurological weakness, IPD care is recommended for close monitoring. Very mild cases can be treated through OPD plans with home instructions.
