<p>38 Years old female came with the complaints- </p><ul><li>Pain in joints</li><li>Joints of fingers and Hip joint severely affected</li><li>Morning Stiffness</li><li>Restricted movement of joints</li><li>Mild Deformity in fingers</li></ul><p>Her investigations told the same story:</p><ul><li><strong>ESR:</strong> 76 mm/hr (1st hour) – significantly raised</li><li><strong>Hemoglobin:</strong> 8.8 g/dL – indicating anemia</li><li><strong>RA Factor:</strong> 78 IU – positive</li><li><strong>CRP:</strong> 29 mg/L – active inflammation</li></ul><p>She had been on conventional medicines and painkillers for months.
