Patient Baseline

Patient presented with severe pain and inflammation in all joints with severe morning stiffness with restricted movements of knee and hip joint. Loss of appetite, poor digestion, disturbed menstrual cycles. RA factor: 198 mg/dl CRP: 47 U/L mg/dl ESR: 92

Panchakarma Protocols

  • Aam Pachana with Ruksha Swedana to achieve Nirama condition (breaking the bond between Doshas and Ama)
  • Basti Chikitsa : for immuno-modulation
  • Kashaya Seka: to improve Blood Supply
  • Snehana Swedana- after Nirama Avastha to nourish joints.

Improvements Observed

  • Pain disappeared completely
  • No Morning Stiffness
  • Improved joint mobility
