The patient, a 68-year-old male with a long-standing history of diabetes and hypertension, presented with progressive tingling, numbness, burning pain, and sensitivity to touch in both hands and feet. He also complained of muscle weakness, imbalance while walking, and reduced grip strength.
Diagnosis: Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

Panchakarma Protocols
