Patient Baseline
<p>A <strong>19-year-old female</strong> presented at Sukhayu Ayurved with complaints of:</p><ul><li>Persistent <strong>lower back pain and stiffness</strong></li><li><strong>Morning stiffness</strong> in spine and joints</li><li>Difficulty in prolonged sitting and bending</li><li>General fatigue and weakness</li><li>Reduced physical endurance</li></ul><p>The patient had already been diagnosed with <strong>Ankylosing Spondylitis</strong> and was under conventional treatment before visiting Sukhayu Ayurved. Before coming for Ayurvedic treatment, the patient had been taking conventional medications including:</p><ul><li><strong>Sulfasalazine (SAZ)</strong></li><li><strong>Hydroxychloroquine (HCQ)</strong></li><li>Supportive anti-inflammatory medicines</li></ul><p>Despite regular medication, symptoms persisted and inflammatory markers remained significantly elevated.</p>
